After sales service

At LifeCare, we are very proud of our products. Our sales and administration teams are always available to take calls from customers to support any after sales queries.

While we offer a five (5) year warranty on all pieces of furniture, we take our relationships with our customers very seriously and offer ongoing support for any issue they might have with a LifeCare product.

Delivery

In an extension of our service, LifeCare has also designed a very effective delivery system that ensures each piece of furniture is delivered with the minimum effort.

Every piece of furniture is labeled with a room number and coded to suit the layout of the facility it has been made for. This means that on delivery day, the furniture is delivered direct to its final home with minimum effort.

The labeling system, which is customised for each facility, can then be used by the owner to populate their asset management register.

LifeCare can also provide customers with a placement service. A team member would be made available to direct placement of all product on delivery day and to cross reference product placement with the agreed plans.

Mapping

Our team use a cad-based drawing system that provides customers with to-scale images of our product mapped against their proposed plans.

This system provides designers, architects and facility managers with a helpful tool to:

  • Confirm that they have ordered the appropriate furniture and quantity of furniture for each room

  • Ensure there is appropriate spacing between furniture in each room to enable clear access to residents/patients for patient mobility, carers and guests

  • Give a picture of the final room layout, which helps with asset management, and presentations to decision makers.
